"You do not just wake up and become the butterfly—growth is a process." - Rupi Kaur

  • I work with teens and adults.

  • My background includes working with teens and young adults who struggle with life transitions, self-esteem, body image, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I am experienced in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, while utilizing a holistic approach in my practice. I strive to provide a warm, empathetic and supportive environment for self-exploration and growth. I will be there to support my clients through their current struggles and past experiences.

I prioritize building a non-judgmental, collaborative and effective therapeutic relationship that promotes trust and safety while challenging my clients to achieve their goals. I tailor treatment to the needs of each individual that I have the pleasure of working with by incorporating a variety of therapeutic methodologies.

  • I believe that taking the first step towards beginning therapy can be a challenging one and finding the right therapist is an important piece to the process. I will work collectively with my clients to explore new strategies and therapeutic techniques that will help them navigate their life experiences to create a more full and meaningful life.

I was born and raised in Chicago, IL. After graduating from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, I decided to pack up and move to this sunny state of Arizona. In my free time, I enjoy unplugging on long walks, high intensity workouts, yoga and meditation, reading, writing, and spending time with my sisters who double as my best friends.

I am currently working towards independent licensure under the supervision of Holly Essler, LCSW.
