Please have a seat in our lobby once you arrive. Your therapist will be out to greet you at the time of your appointment.

  • We do not directly accept insurance, we offer a "super-bill" for potential out-of-network reimbursements (typically 60-80% of the session cost, depending on your plan). Many of our clients utilize this benefit to access affordable therapy.

Please contact your insurance company for any questions regarding your out-of-network benefits.

  • No waiting rooms or traffic! We offer Telehealth services to all clients. You will receive link to your Telehealth session prior to your appointment. You can use your phone or laptop. We use a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform for your security and convenience.

  • The first session is us getting to know you better! We may inquire about the types of needs or challenges you'd like to focus on during your treatment, as well as your past strategies for maintaining mental health. We will discuss treatment planning and what approaches may be the most beneficial for your success. The conversation will involve discussing both successful approaches and areas that presented difficulties, aiming to understand how they can provide you with the most effective support.

  • Session frequency varies per individual/couple and their unique needs. Typically, we begin with weekly to every other week sessions, adjusting as we evaluate your progress over time.

  • Beginning January 1, 2022, federal laws regulating client care have been updated to include the “No Surprises” Act. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services called a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your medical care will cost.

This new regulation is designed to provide transparency to patients regarding their expected medical expenses and to protect them from surprises when they receive their medical bills. It allows patients to understand how much their health care will cost before they receive services.

Please see our ‘rates’ for cost of each service.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
